Get those burning questions off your chest

To try and make life a little simpler we have created a list of frequently asked questions however if you have a query that is not on our list then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I view a product before buying online?

We have a showroom in the UK at 811-813 Wandsworth Road, London SW8 3JF.

However, due to a full redesign and to carry out necessary renovations to the property, our showroom is currently closed to the public. We will re-open on Wednesday, January 23rd 2019.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we look forward to welcoming you at our new showroom.

If you are coming down to view a particular item, please contact us in advance to check if your chosen product is here to view on your visit.

Do you have an item in stock?

The stock status of all items is stated on the product page.

You will only be able to purchase items that are currently in stock in our warehouse or items that can be pre-ordered for a future estimated dispatch date.

If an item is out of stock and unavailable for pre-order, then you can click the “email me when back in stock” button and we will update you as soon as the product is available to order again.

How long does shipping take?

All in stock items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery to European countries can take from 4-10 days depending on which zone you are in.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order before it has been dispatched, please email us with the order amendments so that we can assist you with any desired changes.

Should there be a price difference to your final order balance, all charges or refunds will need to be made via your original method of payment.

We will be in contact with you to arrange any additional payment before your order is dispatched.

Can my order be delivered sooner?

We try to get your order to you as soon as possible. All dates shown on the website are our best estimates for when we can dispatch the item so we’re not able to bring this date forward.

Can I choose my delivery date?

For most of our products, deliveries are made through DPD.

Within the UK, DPD aim to have your goods delivered 1 day after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, however, we can not offer a guaranteed next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier.

 

In most cases, you’ll receive your order within 72 hours of receiving your dispatch email.

I placed a pre-order, when will this be delivered?

All our pre-order estimated dispatch dates have been advised by our logistics team. You will be notified at checkout when you can expect your order. You will also find an estimated dispatch date on your order confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that your estimated dispatch date has changed, we will be in touch to advise of a new approximate delivery date. Unfortunately, these dates may change due to circumstances out of our hands, for example, manufacturing delays.

If you would like to change your order to something that is in stock, then just drop us an email to info@cultfurniture.com along with your order number.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details for you to follow the progress of your delivery.

You can also log in to your Cult Furniture account via our website to check the status of your order and view any tracking information.

If your order is for a larger item, for example, a bed or sofa then this will usually be delivered by a 2 man delivery company who will contact you prior to delivery to book in a suitable date for you to accept your order.

What is your returns policy?

We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund of goods minus the cost of collection.

For collections within the UK the, cost will be £9.95 a box or to arrange a swap.

For orders outside of the UK we’ll be able to arrange a collection for you, the cost will depend on what European zone you are in, please contact us for a more accurate collection cost.

There is a problem with my item, what do I do?

We're sorry that there is a problem with the order you have received. To help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible, please send a clear photo or video of the damage, a brief description of the issue along with your order number in an email to info@cultfurniture.com.

Our dedicated customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

My country is not listed on your shipping list will you still deliver?

We’ll definitely try. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide you with a quote if possible.

If ordering from out of the UK do I have to pay the UK VAT charge?

If you are buying from within the EU and have a registered company VAT number, then we can deduct the 20% VAT from your order. You will need to register an account with us and verify your company vat details before the vat is deducted from your order. Any customers purchasing from outside the UK and EU, such as USA and Norway, then the VAT will automatically be deducted on checkout.

Under no circumstances are we able to refund VAT after payment is processed.

What is the minimum for bespoke or custom orders?

If you would like to place a custom order the minimum per colour and style is 40 units. Custom orders will take between 12-14 weeks.

Does Cult Furniture offer trade discount?

We try and keep our prices as low as possible to all customers and can only offer further discounts on larger orders where a minimum spend level has been reached.

When you sign up for a trade account, we will accumulate your total spend and once you have reached a certain spend level.

Which plug do lighting products come with?

Our lighting products have a UK plug. For international orders European adaptors will be provided.
