Sustainability
At Cult, we are committed to driving change. From improving our processes, to expanding our ever-growing collection of sustainable fabrics and materials.
We’re making conscious and thoughtful decisions from the very beginning of a product’s journey, from sustainable woods such as rattan and mango wood, to our sustainable velvets and boucles.

Cult Sustainability
We want to pave the way for conscious and responsible furniture design.
That’s why we invest in sustainable materials from solid woods to recycled velvets. This allows you to make more conscious decisions, by investing in eco-friendly products that not only consider the environment but are durable and long-lasting too.
We are frequently expanding our sustainable fabrics; including velvets and boucles, which are made from used plastics collected from the sea and woven into luxurious yarns. We use solid woods and hardwoods where we can, such as mango, oak, beech, and ash that are renewable resources and biodegradable; Our natural rattan, cane, and cord is also 100% biodegradable, with the process of producing these materials being extremely eco-friendly.

When environmental consciousness is more important than ever, we are committed to taking steps to help make a difference, by creating products that are more sustainable and accessible to everyone.
This is a journey; and our mission is to source sustainable and eco-friendly materials and packaging wherever possible, to minimize our impact on the environment, whilst remaining durable, stylish and affordable. As a brand we are working hard to reduce our carbon footprint and increase our ethical practices. We aim to continue to minimize our waste, and reduce any non recyclable elements within our packaging.

Packaging
The minute you place your order, we’re taking measures to ensure minimum waste and only necessary packaging.
We aim to use recyclable packing materials wherever possible, as well as increasingly shredding our own boxes in place of non recyclable materials like bubble wrap, for a growing number of orders. You may think some packages seem larger than they need to be when you receive them, but this means we have considered the balance of using less packaging but also ensuring that your product arrives in perfect condition.
