Creating a sustainable, inclusive retail space in the heart of London.

Inside With is Cult’s ongoing series spotlighting real spaces and the brands behind them, showcasing how design-led furniture supports the way we shop, work, and live today. Next up, we have TALA, the athleisure brand founded by entrepreneur and sustainability advocate Grace Beverley, marking the opening of TALA’s flagship Carnaby Street store.

Located in the heart of London’s most iconic retail destination, the new space reflects TALA’s commitment to inclusivity and considered design. Cult worked closely with the TALA team to furnish key areas of the store, creating an environment that feels both functional and elevated, supporting the brand’s community-led approach to retail.

Modern Retail: Designed for connection, conversation + movement.

TALA Carnaby Street highlights how thoughtful interiors can elevate retail beyond transactions, transforming stores into destinations that reflect brand values and invite customers to stay, explore, and engage.

This episode explores how furniture plays a vital role in shaping modern retail experiences, from welcoming customer touchpoints to flexible spaces designed for connection, conversation, and movement. Clean lines, warm materials, and durable finishes were selected to complement TALA’s minimalist aesthetic while standing up to the demands of a high-footfall retail setting.
