While we hope you’ll be happy with your Cult Furniture items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know. This policy applies to everything you buy from Cult Furniture.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving it. To get your refund, just return the item to us, within this period. For details on how to do this, please email us at email@example.com.
Is your item faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer care team are here to help. We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
Returning an item
We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return. Also, the courier will not take any unboxed items.
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, or used more than is reasonably expected.
We may apply a 10% re-stocking fee upon the return of your order. This will be based on the condition of the products.
We do not refund the original delivery charge paid. Please contact us for the return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these. In the unlikely event that you have received a product(s) you did not order or pay for, please contact us to arrange a collection immediately. Should you fail to return the goods or not allow us to collect them, Cult Furniture will seek to obtain payment for the goods via your original method of payment.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, for UK items there will be a charge of £9.95 per box or exchange. You can either arrange to send back the item yourself or we can arrange the collection for you using our dedicated courier service. Please contact us and we will advise you of the collection cost.
Receiving your refund
We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.
By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Please Allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
By Bank Transfer – All bank transfers refunds will go back into the same bank account.
