Cult Trade offers commercial & hospitality customers more!

Inspired by the 70s Revival with a ribbed design and swooping curves, the Ivy Footstool is a cocoon of soft boucle in speckled stone. The perfect foot perch or extra seat, this piece boasts wood detailing in a walnut finish around the base and a vertical stitched design. For a rich depth of colour and unique softness, our boucle used in this footstool is not only of the highest quality but it is made from recycled PET yarns so it is kinder to the environment too.

Will it fit?

You’ve found the perfect sofa. Now it’s time to measure…

How to measure your new sofa

  • First things first, the sofa. Always use the width, depth, and height measurements given from the widest, deepest, and highest points.
  • Then…measure your space. Top tip: You can use masking tape to check how the sofa will look in any potential spot.

Will it fit through the door?

  • Consider the sofa cushions, feet, and other elements that can make a sofa bigger than the overall frame. Can these be removed for easier access?
  • Don’t panic if you have a small front door - what about the back gate or patio doors?
  • And remember… measure all doorframes from the inside edges, from width to height.

Going up the stairs

  • Always measure the narrowest point on the staircase. For corner stairs, this is from the widths where the two corners meet.

Do you have a lift?

  • Measure the width of the open door, not the frame and whilst the doors are closed. Then measure the depth inside the lift.

And Lastly…

Always check for potential obstacles, including banisters, light fixtures, skirting boards, and radiators.
